General Membership Meeting
September 13, 2005
Warren, Michigan
President Niland called meeting to order
at 12:50 p.m.
PROGRAM
The program for today was a Round Table Discussion on the
use of PODS (metal storage containers). Most communities
regulate them with the use of their Zoning Ordinances by
identifying them as accessory structures. They then have
to comply with the Zoning Ordinance as far as location on
the site. The use of the PODS does not seem to be a major
problem in most Cities.
